one or more values of characteristic &V3&.
Two situations are possible:
The value &V2& exists, but not in conjunction with the value(s) of
independent characteristic &V3&.
The value &V2& does not exist.

How to fix this error?

Depending on the situation, change the values for characteristic &V1& or
the values for characteristic &V3&.
