What causes this issue?

If you assign an item in the item hierarchy multiple times, values could
be duplicated, which causes errors in reporting.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Correct the item hierarchy. Ensure that item &V1& is assigned to
hierarchy &V3& once only. (The item currently appears, for example,
under node &V2&).
