How To Fix U6040 - User &1 cannot display the worklist for group &2

What causes this issue?

You want to display the worklists for all agents in group &v2&. Only
users entered in the agent table (ISU_WAR_ROOM) are authorized for this.
User &V1& is not in this table.

System Response

The worklist is not displayed.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

Enter user &V1& in table ISU_WAR_ROOM. Give him or her the authorization
required for displaying other agents' worklists.
