What causes this issue?

In the box <ZH>Intvls for month-related billing</>, the value you have
entered in the <ZH>Interval from</> field is greater than the value you
have entered in the <ZH>Interval to</> field. This is not permitted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
