Message type: E = Error
Message class: TSGEN - Messages For Transaction SGEN
Message number: 002
Message text: No objects waiting for generation could be found
The generation set no longer contains any objects that are still to be
generated.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
In this case, starting the load generation would not make sense.
If you want to regenerate all objects of the current generation set
(see DB table <DS:TB.GENSETC>GENSETC</>), choose <ZK>Regenerate the
objects of the last run</> and then <ZK>Regeneration</>.
Otherwise, choose a different task that helps you to create a new
generation set.

TSGEN002
- No objects waiting for generation could be found ?The SAP error message TSGEN002 ("No objects waiting for generation could be found") typically occurs in the context of the SAP Transport Management System (TMS) or during the generation of objects in the ABAP Workbench. This message indicates that there are no objects in the transport request that require generation.
Causes:
- Empty Transport Request: The transport request you are trying to process may not contain any objects that need to be generated.
- Incorrect Selection: You may have selected the wrong transport request or the wrong objects within a request.
- Objects Already Generated: The objects in the transport request may have already been generated, and there are no pending changes.
- Transport Request Status: The transport request might be in a status that does not allow for generation (e.g., it might be released or not properly configured).
- Missing Dependencies: Sometimes, the objects may depend on other objects that are not included in the transport request.
Solutions:
- Check Transport Request: Verify that the transport request you are working with actually contains objects that need to be generated. You can do this by checking the contents of the transport request in the Transport Organizer (SE09 or SE10).
- Recheck Object Status: Ensure that the objects you expect to generate are not already generated or released. You can check the status of the objects in the ABAP Workbench.
- Include Necessary Objects: If you find that there are missing objects that need to be included in the transport request, you can add them to the request.
- Use Correct Transaction: Make sure you are using the correct transaction for the operation you are trying to perform. For example, if you are trying to generate a program, ensure you are in the right context.
- Check Dependencies: If your objects depend on other objects, ensure that all necessary objects are included in the transport request.
- Review Logs: Check the transport logs for any additional information that might indicate why the generation is not occurring.
