What causes this issue?

SAPSECULIB supports a maximum key length of 1024 bits.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use a key length of 2048 bits, you require SAPCRYPTOLIB.
Follow the instructions in SAP Note 397175.
