You can only use certain characters when specifying a Distinguished
Name. These are the letters A-Z und a-z, the digits 0-9, and three
special characters: "*", "." and "-". If you enclose the value of the
affected attribute in the Distinguished Name in quotation marks ("),
you can also use the characters "+", "<", ">", "&", ";", and ",".
Alternatively, you can enter special characters using "\ab", where "ab"
is the hexadecimal code of the character in UTF8 representation.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Distinguished Name.
