What causes this issue?

The SAP Cryptographic Library (SAPCryptolib) is not installed on the
application server. It is therefore not possible to maintain PSEs that
allow encryption.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Download the SAP Cryptographic Library from the SAP Service Marketplace
(Alias Security).
