What causes this issue?

A securities account can only be set to closed status if there are no
positions with unit or nominal that is not 0 for an ID number. However,
in this securities account there is at least one position which does not
fulfill these requirements on the system date.

System Response

The securities account cannot be set to closed status.

How to fix this error?

Check the positions for this securities account.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
