What causes this issue?

No update type for incoming payment flows (reference update type) has
been defined for flows of update type &v2& in company code &v1&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Either assign an update type for incoming payment flows for update type
&v2& (database view TRSV_REF_DISFLO), or
Deactivate the generation of incoming payment flows for update type
&v2& (database view TRSV_DFLOWTYPE).
