What causes this issue?

You have sorted an object list while a filter was active. To improve
performance, the display is refreshed automtically, and the filter is
applied again after the list has been sorted. Depending on the filter,
some lines might not appear in the display.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
