Message type: E = Error
Message class: TO - Transport Organizer and Tools
Message number: 127
Message text: No valid change license exists for namespace &1
You cannot edit the object &V2& &V3&. This may be due to the following
reasons:
The corresponding namespace &V1& is not entered in the namespace table
with a valid change license.
In the namespace table there is no entry with a valid change license
that matches the template &V1&.
The function terminates.
Check the name of the object &V2& &V3&. If necessary, choose another
object name.
Otherwise, let the system administrator check the change licenses of the
namespaces in your SAP system.
Maintain the namespaces in the <DS:TRAN.SE03>Tools</> of the Transport
Organizer under <LS>Administration</> -> <LS>Display/Change Namespaces
</>.
You need to check and correct the entries that match the template &V1&.
You need to distinguish between the following cases:
The namespace is <LS>/0SAP/</>:
Make sure that the namespace role is <LS>C</> (recipient) and the flags
<LS>SSCR popup</> and <LS>SAP standard</> are activated. The license
fields remain empty.
You did not create the namespace yourself. Instead, the namespace owner
is SAP or another software vendor.
Make sure that the namespace role is <LS>C</> (recipient). The field
<LS>Repair license</> must either contain the valid license, or the flag
<LS>SSCR popup</> must be activated. Contact the namespace owner and ask
what you should now do, and what the valid repair license is.
You are the namespace owner:
Proceed according to the documentation on applying for and setting up
namespaces. If the namespace role is <LS>P</> (producer) then you need a
valid development license. For information on this, see the SAP Library
under <LS>BC - Basis Components</> -> <LS>Change and Transport System</>
-> <LS>BC - Namespaces and Naming Conventions</> -> <LS>Reservation of
Namespaces</>).
