What causes this issue?

SAP kernel checks must be deactivated before the main import can run. An
additional authorization is required here.

System Response

The import is canceled and can be resumed again at the same place.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that the user is assigned the role SAP_OCS_STD or that the
user has the authorization S_ADMI_FCD with the value PADM.
