What causes this issue?

Correction package &V1& of the software component &V2& (Release &V3&) is
unknown in the system.

System Response

It is not possible to install correction package &V1&.

How to fix this error?

Register correction package &V1& in the system by downloading it from
SAP Service Marketplace and uploading it to the Support Package Manager
(transaction SPAM) or the Add-On Installation Tool (transaction SAINT).
Proceed as follows:
Download correction package &V1& from SAP Service Marketplace.
Call transaction SAINT.
Menu: "Installation Packages" -> "Load Packages" -> "From Front End"
