Message text: There is no valid Support Package queue
You want to define a Support Package queue using the component selection
, however your attempt failed.
Defining the queue using the component selection can cause important
outbound information to be missing from the queue calculator, meaning
that the system is unable to calculate a valid queue. In this case the
system also fails to return any detailed error information.
Attempt to calculate the queue again by specifying a target Support
Package in the OCS package directory. This method makes it easier for
the system to return error information (such as missing prerequisites).
Proceed as follows:
In the Support Package Manager, choose <LS>New Support Packages</> under
<LS>Directory</>.
Under <LS>New</>, the OCS package directory shows you all the new
Support Packages that are available in your system.
Position the cursor on the target Support Package you require and choose
<LS>Calculate Queue</>.
This may lead to one of the following results:
The system calculates a valid queue and displays it.
The system is unable to calculate the queue and specifies which
prerequisites must be fulfilled for the queue to be calculated
successfully.
Load the required Support Packages and start the queue calculation once
again.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
