The action can not be performed because:
- the language German or English was selected
- the selected language is already correctly installed
The status of the languages English or German is not changeable. German
and English are high priority languages which must always be installed.
If the English language import has been cancelled, repeat it.
German is imported during upgrades. No further activities are currently
