What causes this issue?

The jobs to import language-specific texts have been scheduled
successfully.
The job names begin with the prefix
LANGUAGE-IMPORT or LANGUAGE-PLAN

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

When the jobs have been completed, check that they have been performed
correctly using the language transport utilities (transaction ....).
To avoid inconsistencies, the language utility is not available for
further activities until the jobs have been completed.
