    You have tried to edit a language that is not entered in the profile
    parameter zcsa/installed_languages of the system.

    Processing is refused.

    How to fix this error?

    In the instance profile, enter all those languages that you want to
    edit in the system and which you want to have as logon languages for
    the system.
    Note that only codepage-compatible languages can be combined in one
    instance.
    Example:
    You want to run a system using German, English and Russian.
    Set up one instance for logging on in German and English, and a further
    instance for logon in English and Russian. Observe the MNLS notes on
    this matter.
