What causes this issue?

You try to create a new hedge relation with assessment level on Hedging
instrument. However, there are already hedge relations with assessment
level on Hedged Item.

System Response

It is not possible to use hedge relationships with different assessment
levels for the same hedged item.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different Hedge strategy.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
