What causes this issue?

You tried to start the object analysis tool (RDDFINDO). However this
analysis of objects with missing TADIR entries is only supposed to
provide correct results in R/3 releases < 3.0. This is because starting
from 3.0 the work under control of the correction and transport system
is obligatory.

System Response

The program does not start since there would be no reasonable results of
the analysis.

How to fix this error?

Since you are currently working with an SAP system that is 3.0 or higher
there could be no objetcs that could be endangered by a future upgrade
because of missing TADIR entries. Therefore this check is not executed.
