What causes this issue?
The device name &V1& for a telex or fax machine is not defined.
System Response
Form printing led to an exception.
How to fix this error?
There is no entry for the device name &V1& in table TSP03. Go into
transaction SPAD (spool administration) and create an entry for &V1&
