What causes this issue?

The specified printer is not known in the SAP System. Valid printer
destinations are managed in the spool administration under the heading
output devices.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

SAP Spool administration or press the key "Possible entries" on the
relevant entry field for output devices.
