What causes this issue?

The transport file contains a different transport object to that
specified in the report parameters. The export which generated the
transport file was therefore based on another tranport object.

System Response

The transport file cannot be imported.

How to fix this error?

You have probably specified an incorrect object key in the report
parameters. Correct the name of the transport object.
