  • What causes this issue?

An authorization check based on the following authorizations has been
introduced for the use of the Client Copy tool.
You must always have the following authorizations:
Authorization for the Client Copy tool (S_CLNT_IMP)
Authorization for cross-client table maintenance (S_TABU_CLI).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

This restricts copying all table contents from a source client into the
current client, to persons who are authorized to make cross-client
changes to table contents. Anyone who wants to maintain cross-client
    tables needs this authorization.
Maintenance authorization for table CCCFLOW (S_TABU_DIS)
This table contains Client Copy control information.
    Log file write authorization (S_DATASET_AL)
The following authorizations are always checked, but the check is only
effective if relevant data is to be copied:
    User maintenance authorization (S_USER_GRP)
    Authorization profile maintenance authorization (S_USER_PRO)
    Role maintenance authorization (S_USER_AGR)
The following authorizations are checked as required:
Authorization in the source client for remote copies (S_TABU_RFC)
Authorization to create a transport request (S_TRANSPRT)

    How to fix this error?

Get the required authorization(s) from your system administrator and
    restart the copy.
