What causes this issue?

Conversion is not possible since new entries have been made in the
table. This indicates that the conversion (XPRA) was started manually,
not during a release upgrade.

System Response

The conversion (XPRA) is canceled.

How to fix this error?

Check in the tables and manually in TTZ5S whether exactly one entry is
flagged as default for each country (view V_TTZ5) or country/region
(view V_TTZ5S).
