What causes this issue?

The commodity quotation type & in the Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
component has not been assigned to a commodity quotation type in the
Commodity Price Engine (CPE).

How to fix this error?

You can assign the quotation type in Customizing by choosing

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Commodities (Treasury) --> Define Quotation Sources and Assign Logistic
