statistics server in SAPphone system administration (transaction SPHB).
Statistical data is not uploaded.
You or your system administrator need to activate a server and select
it as a statistics server in SAPphone system administration. A
connection test may have to be carried out first.
Note that a server should only be selected as a statistics server if
the corresponding external gateway supports the statistics upload
function.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
