  • What causes this issue?

    The server &V1& is not selected as a dialer in SAPphone administration
    (transaction SPHB). Therefore, no dialer-specific functions, such as
    downloading of call lists, can be executed with this server.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to use the server &V1& for dialer-specific functions, ask
    your system administrator to select this server as a dialer. A
    connection test may have to be carried out first.
    Note that a server should only be selected as a dialer if the
    corresponding external gateway supports the dialer functions.
