(1) Connection error
The function could not be carried out because the connection to the
external telephony server could not be created. Possible reasons for
this are:
- The external software does not have the version required for the
execution of the function. Perform a connection test for this server
(for example, in the work center settings of
<DS:TRAN.SPHA>SAPphoneAdministration</>)
- The telephony server is temporarily inactive. This setting is made by
the system administrator.
- The RFC connection to the telephony server could not be made. Perform
a connection test and, if necessary, contact your system administrator.
(2) Error message from the telephony server
The function was called on the telephony server, but in the process an
error message was triggered.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
