    <DS:TRAN.SPHA>SAPphoneAdministration</>)
    - The telephony server is temporarily inactive. This setting is made by
    the system administrator.
    - The RFC connection to the telephony server could not be made. Perform
    a connection test and, if necessary, contact your system administrator.
    (2) Error message from the telephony server
    The function was called on the telephony server, but in the process an
    error message was triggered.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
