What causes this issue?

You have created a temporary work center and therefore created the
conditions required for an administrator to maintain your work center.
The settings are not yet complete. They must be completed by you or by
an administrator.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you have the required authorization, call the extended settings for
SAPphone, select 'Work center' and enter a telephony server and the
type of support required (for incoming and/or outgoing calls).
