What causes this issue?

According to master agreement &V3&, the term of transactions covered by
it must be a minimum of &V2& calendar days. The term of the transaction
you have entered is only &V1& calendar days, which means that the
transaction cannot be assigned to this master agreement.

How to fix this error?

Change the term of the transaction, assign it to a different master
agreement or prompt a change in the master agreement.
