  • What causes this issue?

    The settings for the reference interest rate used do not match each
    other.

    System Response

    This can result in unexpected dates for the interest rate fixing and/or
    the interest rate adjustment.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the presettings for the reference interest rate in Customizing.
    For a negative number of days for the fixing period, you have to enter
    the shift rule 'Previous working day' or 'Previous working day
    modified', and for a positive number of days, enter the shift rule
    'Following working day' or 'Following working day modified'. For 0 days
    for the fixing period, you have to set the 'No shift' rule.
    If a positive or negative number of days is set for the fixing period
    you have to maintain a calendar.
    You can, however, also maintain the settings later in the interest rate
    adjustment detail screen.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
