What causes this issue?

You wish to create a new status-relevant correspondence planned record
for one of the following:
An activity that is no longer active
An activity for which a status-relevant planned record already exists.
Such a correspondence planned record cannot be status-relevant as this
could lead to inconsistencies.

How to fix this error?

Remove the cross from the 'status-relevant' field when you create.
