What causes this issue?

Confirmation of asynchronous agent specification for the work item with
the ID &V1& was rejected, since the ticket of the work item does not
agree with the ticket given by the external application.
This could be due to rule resolution for agent specification being
performed again in the meantime. As a result, external agent
specification is also called again - but with a new ticket. The old
ticket is in this case no longer valid.

System Response

The confirmation is not considered.

How to fix this error?

Perform confirmation of asynchronous agent determination by entering
the correct ticket.
A further option is to run the whole procedure again by triggering rule
resolution for agent specification again; by doing this the application
then receives a new valid ticket.
