What causes this issue?

To be able to maintain SU22 data for applications, services have to be
registered for SU22. Registration is usually done when the application
is started for the first time in the development or subsequent test
system. In some exceptions, however, a manual registration may be
required.
You have selected an application type for which registration is not
required or is not possible using this navigation path.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select the correct application type.
If this is not possible, contact development support.
