  • What causes this issue?

You change an object that is transported to a follow-on system.
This can lead to the following problems:
Conflicts with existing cross-system object locks.
The object is critical and must therefore be approved.
Saving the object can cause problems as defined in the customer-specific
    checks.
The system cannot run the conflict analysis until the object is saved to
a transport request. If the system then identifies a lock conflict, you
    may lose your changes.
SAP therefore recommends that you save as soon as possible.

    System Response

The system issues an information message.

    How to fix this error?

Save your changes in a transport request as soon as possible. Do not
wait until you have made all changes to the object.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Note: You can still cancel the save and discard your changes.
