When you install the Implementation Assistant, the system makes an
entry in the registry. The Implementation Assistant cannot be displayed
if this registry entry has not been made. The registry entry may be
missing because:
The ASAP Implementation Assistant may not be installed
An older version of the ASAP Implementation Assistant may be installed
Installation of the ASAP Implementation Assistant may not have been
completed successfully
