What causes this issue?

The system ignores the entered actual price (ACTUAL_PRICE) with outline
because the system recalculates it internally. The actual price is
relevant for purchase orders (POs).

System Response

The system will display an information message to the user and
recalculate the actual price at outline level.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
