    You want to change the name of the context counter. However, this is not
    currently possible, as the system cannot assign the current counter
    reading to the new counter name.

    System Response

    The system cannot execute the name change.

    How to fix this error?

    If the counter has been locked by another user, you can simply re-try
    the re-naming process later.
    If the couunter has not been locked, you cannot execute the re-naming at
    all.
