What causes this issue?

The action has already been processed. The preview therefore displays
the result of a new processing operation, that is, when the action would
be copied and performed again. In the case of a new processing
operation, the current data of the application object and the current
partner data are used.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to access the result of the original operation, display the
document from the archive or the storage location.
