What causes this issue?

Either there are no X.500 presettings or they are not correct.

System Response

The link to the X.500 directory cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

Ask your SAPoffice administrator. The X.500 settings must be checked
and possibly corrected in office settings.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
