What causes this issue?

Unable to link the call with the note. This may be due to the following
reasons:
1001 - The document does not exist
1002 - The document already exists as an attachment
1003 - You are not authorized to execute the operation you have chosen
1004 - The combination of parameter values is not permitted
1005 - An error occurred in the function module
1006 - The type of document you have chosen cannot be created here
1007 - The document is already being processed - function not possible

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system creates the note without the call object and stores it in
the selected folder.
