  • What causes this issue?

    The document was originally created from a Sales and Distribution (SD)
    process and should be digitally signed in SD. However, the current
    accounting document is assigned to a document type/number range that
    will also be digitally signed.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    The accounting document must not be digitally signed again. Check your
    Customizing settings for this document type in the SIPT_NUMBR_FI_V view
    using transaction SM30.
