What causes this issue?

A validation of a logical file name for operating system '&V1&' was
requested but this operating system is not defined.

System Response

File validation failed.

How to fix this error?

The calling application &V2& must be changed in the program. Either the
operating system passed to file validation must be changed, or else
nothing passed so that the standard operating system is used.
