There is no full list of Release Notes in the language you have
selected.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select menu options <LS>Settings</> -> <LS>Language...</> and choose a
different language. Then call the function again.
There is usually a full list of Release Notes in German and English.
