What causes this issue?

It was not possible to set the check indicator for transactions. The
check indicator is only set if the transaction is classified.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Test your transaction in the respective GUIs (HTML-GUI, Java-GUI, and
Windows-GUI) to make sure they run correctly.
Then save them.
