    The BC Set &V1& contains internal errors and cannot be saved.
    Internal errors could be:
    The BC Set name contains invalid characters. It can only contain A-Z,
    0-9 and the special characters "_" and "/".
    The BC Set type is incorrect or unknown. The internal structures of a
    value BC Set are different from the structures of a hierarchical BC Set.
    The internal data structures of the BC Sets have been incorrectly
    formatted and cannot be saved in the database.
    The BC Set contains key conflicts, i.e. data records with the same key
    but different data. Data records must have unique keys.
