Message text: Restricted support for activation links in subsequent systems
You have selected the BC Set activation link system setting 'Create +
Transport'. If you save this setting, all changes to the local
activation links are put in a transport and transported into subsequent
systems when it is released.
The following conditions must be satisfied for activation links to be
transported into subsequent systems:
All activated BC Sets must also be transported into subsequent systems.
No BC Sets must be activated in the subsequent systems.
&DEPENDENCIES&
If the activation links, but not the activated BC Sets, are transported
into the subsequent systems, the functions 'Lock Values of BC Set data
flagged as Fix, in the Activation' (transactions SM30, SM34) and
'Where-Used List for Activated BC Sets' (transactions SPRO, SM30) are
not available there, or show incomplete data.
If you activate BC Sets in subsequent systems without setting the
activation links in the BC Set system settings to 'Do Not Create', there
will be inconsistencies in the activation links between the source and
the subsequent systems. The transactions SM30, SM34, SPRO, SM30 have
different results in the different systems, or different values are
locked.
Ensure that the conditions described above are fulfilled. If in doubt,
keep the default setting 'Create Locally'.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
