  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You want to change the user settings. User settings, which you made in
the system-wide parameter settings in the transaction SU01, already
exist, and affect the behaviour of BC Sets. You can change the CP
parameters or accept them as default.

    System Response

Your default user settings are reset using the old settings.

    How to fix this error?

You can maintain, create or delete these default values in the
    user-specific, system-wide parameter settings in the transaction SU01 ->
Parameters tab, for the following parameters:
    CP13: Language vector
This vector specifies in which languages BC Sets are to be recorded and
activated. Specify the internal format for the languages, for example
<ZK>DEF</> to record and activate BC Sets in German, English and French
only. To choose this value, reset the the user settings to their default
    values.
    CP15: Automatic customizing recording
If this parameter has the value 'X' and you reset the user settings to
their default, the automatic customizing recording is active.
The other CP parameters are unimportant for using BC Sets.
You can accept existing CP parameters with the <ZK>Retrieve Default
Values</> pushbutton in the user settings in BC Set transactions.
<ZH>The specified parameters are only default values for your user
settings. If you save the user settings in the menu in one of the BC Set
transactions, these saved values, NOT the CP parameter values, determine
the behaviour of the BC Set transactions</>.
<ZH>The transaction SU01 only find the default values of your user
settings. The user settings which you make in the BC Set transaction
menu overwrite the CP parameter values which you set in the transaction
    SU01</>.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
