• Message text: BC Set &1 cannot be changed because of transport restrictions

What causes this issue?

An error occurred when you tried to write the BC Set into a transport
request. This could be because:
- the object is locked by another user
- the transport request contains both transport and repair objects
- the system is not changeable
- transport data write database error
- the name of the BC Set contains an invalid namespace

System Response

The system cancels processing.

How to fix this error?

Check the transport request and the transport settings in your system.
Ask the perrson responsible for your system/transport.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
